How we handle project inquiries.

This policy explains what happens to the information you share through the Ayllu Labs website.

Last updated: August 11, 2026

Information you share with us

Our inquiry forms ask for your name, email address, optional company, project or problem description, services of interest, and optional timing. We use these details to review and respond to your inquiry.

Email delivery

When you select “Send project details,” the website checks the submission and emails it to team@ayllulabs.com through Google Workspace. We do not save the inquiry as a WordPress form entry. A copy will remain in the recipient mailbox and in the email systems needed to deliver it.

Spam protection

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish real inquiries from automated abuse. Cloudflare may process technical request information under its own privacy terms. We also keep a salted, non-reversible hash derived from the requesting IP address for a short time to enforce rate limits. The Ayllu form plugin does not store the raw IP address or the contents of the inquiry.

WhatsApp

If you choose WhatsApp, the website prepares a message in your browser and opens WhatsApp. The message is not submitted to WordPress. WhatsApp handles the information after you continue in its app or website.

Analytics and search services

The site may use analytics and search tools configured in WordPress. Depending on their settings, those services may process device, visit, and referral information under their own privacy terms.

Your choices

You can leave optional fields blank or choose not to submit the form. If you have a question about information you previously shared, email us at team@ayllulabs.com.
